Meet Josh Reason, Director of Construction at Beth Frazer Construction, Inc.

Josh grew up on job sites as his father was a builder, and he spent his summers working alongside tradesmen, learning every phase of residential construction from the ground up. He went on to study Construction Management at Western Carolina University, then built a career spanning heavy civil work, large-scale commercial projects with Gray Construction, and homebuilding with D.R. Horton before running his own crews at his family's company, ELR Construction Services.

Josh earned his North Carolina General Contractor's License and has since built a reputation for quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and an exceptional client experience on custom and spec homes. Earlier this year, he added his NC real estate license.

Josh serves as President of the Home Builders Association of Craven and Pamlico Counties and is active at the national level with NAHB's Single Family Building Committee and Young Professionals Committee.

When he's not building, you'll find him offshore fishing the NC coast or heading to the mountains for a snowboarding trip.
