I'm Michelle, a licensed real estate professional in North Carolina and Virginia with more than five years of experience helping clients buy, sell, and relocate. I understand that moving can be both exciting and overwhelming, and my goal is to make the process as seamless and stress-free as possible.

I currently serve as a Marketing & Communications Specialist and Listing Coordinator with Beth Frazer Real Estate, combining my real estate knowledge with a strong background in marketing, communications, finance, and client relations.

Before entering real estate, I built a strong background in client relations, finance, and account management. At Bear Stearns, I worked directly with high-profile institutional clients, providing account management and exceptional service. At Ferguson Enterprises, I managed vendor data and handled accounts receivable responsibilities. At Virginia Linen Service, I managed more than 500 client accounts simultaneously, overseeing all aspects of accounts receivable and customer relations. These experiences strengthened my organization, communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex client needs—skills I bring to every real estate transaction.

Those experiences continue to shape the way I serve my real estate clients today. I understand the importance of being responsive, organized, proactive, and attentive to the details—especially when a transaction involves one of the biggest financial decisions a person will make. I believe clients deserve clear communication, honest guidance, and an advocate who is genuinely invested in their goals.

I'm proud to have worked alongside top-performing Circle of Excellence teams, achieving Diamond and Platinum levels with team sales exceeding $44 million.

Originally from Long Island, New York, I relocated to Eastern North Carolina and now call Pamlico County home. I understand firsthand what it's like to make a major move and discover a new community. I also own and am renovating a charming 1880 farmhouse, giving me personal experience with the unique rewards and challenges of older homes.

Living in Eastern North Carolina has given me a genuine appreciation for the lifestyle that draws so many people to this area—from historic homes and rural properties to the water, open spaces, and close-knit communities that make this region special.
